Using MarkBase

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Use MarkBase only for lawful purposes.

Accounts and access

  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • You may lose access if account information is inaccurate or compromised.
  • We may suspend access to protect users and service integrity.

Content and ownership

  • You retain ownership of bookmarks and content you save.
  • You grant MarkBase permission to process that content to provide product features.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you store.

Plans, billing, and changes

  • MarkBase offers a Free tier and a Premium tier priced at $1.50/month.
  • Pricing and features may change with notice.
  • We may update these terms as the product evolves.

Liability and contact

  • MarkBase is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service.
